We have on offer a great opportunity to work with us full time for the right lady or gent, who wants to cook proper food, nowt fancy, just great tasting & done with passion!
We’d like a mature, experienced Level 3 qualified Chef who can work with fresh food, not phased by a hot, busy kitchen, shows leadership & is looking to develop their kitchen management skills to sous/head level. Salary negotiable dependant on experience.
We produce all our own products, so a strong grounding in fresh food is essential, we bake all our bread, cure bacon, cook low ‘n’ slow, & grill fast on the char-grill. We don’t cut corners, we use team produced recipes for continuity, we train our staff in house, we do things properly.
So if your not afraid of good honest graft, think you can be of benefit to us, want to be treated as a person, aren’t of the opinion gourmet burgers are beneath you & enjoy a great team spirit, then you may be for us?

The search continues, for the ever so elusive Yorkshire Chef!
We know they’re out there, we offer a great opportunity to the right woman or man, who wants to cook proper food, nowt fancy, just great tasting & done with passion!

We’d like a Full-time Chef, Level 3 qualified can work with fresh food, not phased by a hot, busy kitchen & looking to develop their kitchen management skills. Salary £15,000-20,000 dependant on experience. Could go higher for the right applicant?
